The CAD/CAM Developer's Kit/DXF is a library of C routines that read andwrite AutoCAD DXF files. These routines provide access to all AutoCADRelease 11 (and earlier) object types, including the following:- Header variables.
- Table entries.
- Block definitions.
- Entities, including LAYER, STYLE, VIEW, LINE, ARC, CIRCLE, POLYLINE,
INSERT, FACE3D, TEXT, ATTRIB, and DIM.The CAD/CAM Developer's Kit/DXF uses both the ASCII and binary formats,and can read and write large multimegabyte files using the "one-item-at-a-time" mode.
